Entry Process Update for 2025 Capital Challenge Horse Show

The management team at the Capital Challenge Horse Show (CCHS) has been working on an unexpected issue with the payment processing system that caused the entry website to malfunction on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. We apologize for the confusion and would like to address how the entry process will be handled going forward.

The resolution to the issue required 24 hours to propagate through the payment networks, so the entry system will reopen on Wednesday, July 30, at 6 p.m. EDT. No payments were processed for entries that were completed on Tuesday.

If you completed your entry and received a confirmation email, your entry has been accepted. The CCHS Horse Show Office will contact you with payment instructions to complete your payment. Your entry will maintain its original timestamp and will be valid. Any questions regarding the payment instructions can be directed to secretary@capitalchallenge.org.

If you created an entry on July 29 and were unable to submit it, you will have 24 hours from the time that entries reopen on July 30 at 6 p.m. EDT to submit your entry from your shopping cart with payment. Your submission time will be considered the time it was originally created on July 29.

If you were unable to create an entry, please follow the normal entry submission process when the entry website opens on July 30 at 6 p.m. EDT. Entries created on July 30 will be ranked based on the time of payment, following the usual process.
